About Rocky Mount Baptist Church

Our church was founded in 1946 by a group of dedicated Christians under the leadership of Pastor Lucy, who wanted to create a welcoming space for all people to hear the gospel, learn of His saving grace, and experience the love of Jesus. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community that serves our members and our surrounding area.

At Rocky Mount Baptist Church, we are committed to changing lives, strengthening families, and impacting communities. We achieve these aims by displaying and sharing the love of Christ, sharing the Good News of Christ, and serving people as Christ did. Everyone is welcome in our church, and we strive to create a loving, learning, and safe space for all who enter.
